Our sustainability goals, achievements and activities are publicly reported in annual sustainability reports which are available to stakeholders electronically or in hard copy.

Reporting is based upon the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Reporting Framework, a comprehensive sustainability framework that is widely used around the world. The full 2011 GRI G3.1 Index is available for download.
